SLS Hotels Red Sea
The project will bring 150 hotel rooms including 12 suites and 15 villas spanning over 800,000 square feet of single-story accommodation.
The property will feature expansive one, two, three, and four-bedroom Pool Villas each with ample space and the privacy afforded by one's own private swimming pool.

The Desert Rock Resort
Guests will enter the resort through a hidden valley nestled between the mountains. From there, they will find 48 villas and 12 hotel rooms within the mountain, a total of 60 keys, located amongst the vista, with architecture fully integrated into the rock to preserve its striking silhouette, a tribute to Oppenheim Architecture’s philosophy to build with the land, not on the land.

Marina Village
The new Marina Village is a research and wellness destination at the heart of a new giga project on the Saudi Arabian Red Sea coast. The masterplan builds upon the techniques of local historic villages, encouraging density and self-shaded structures in response to energy demands and comfort as well as defining the character of the many interconnected assets.

Hotel 12 - Ummahat AlShaykh
The hotel includes 43 beach villas, 47 overwater villas, state-of-art facilities including a welcome hub, Spa, “3 meal” and 2 signature restaurants, BoH and FoH and 2 jetties, one for guest arrival via boat, ferry, sea plane and one for service.

Fairmont Red Sea
This 200-room and suite property is on Shurayrah Island and is designed by Foster and Partners. It is next to an 18-hole championship golf course, and will have seven restaurants, cafes and bars including overwater restaurants to take advantage of the views of the Red Sea and the mangroves, as well as over 2,000 square meters of meeting space, a greenhouse and a spa centre.

Raffles Red Sea
The Red Sea Project will be the home of the first Raffles resort in Saudi Arabia. The Red Sea Project aims to deliver a unique barefoot luxury experience to our guests, and the name Accor has become synonymous with luxury the world over.

Rosewood Red Sea
Located along Saudi Arabia's west coast on the Shura Island, the new Rosewood Hotel and Residences will be part of The Red Sea destination.
The development will boast 149 guest rooms and suites, alongside elevated dining offerings including three restaurants, two lounges, a signature Manor Club and a central hub featuring authentic eateries. Additional recreational spaces will include event pavilions and Asaya, Rosewood's integrative well-being concept consisting of seven treatment rooms, a gym, two movement studios and a yoga pavilion.

Nujuma Ritz Carlton Reserve
Nujuma Ritz Carlon will be situated on a set of private islands, which are part of the Red Sea’s Blue Hole cluster of islands. The resort will have 63 one- to four-bedroom water and beach villas, in addition to a spa, swimming pools, multiple dining venues, a retail area, a conservation center and a range of leisure and entertainment offerings. The destination will also include 18 Ritz-Carlton Reserve branded residences.

Sheybarah Resort
Sheybarah Hotel is a 73 key hyper luxury resort located on the uninhabited Sheybarah Island located 45-minutes by boat from the mainland. The site is home to a highly diverse environment with dense mangroves, desert flora, white sand dunes beaches, coral flats and sea grass, and some of the most beautiful and pristine coral reefs in the world hosting many species of birds, fish and other marine animals.

Faena The Red Sea Hotel
The property will feature 150 suites and villas, each with their own private pool and ocean views. Executive suites will measure 84 sqm. There will also be seven villas, including six three-bedroom Presidential Pool Villas and a four-bedroom Royal Pool Villa.
Faena the Red Sea will have six restaurants and bars, as well as the Living Room, which will host live performances by a “dynamic roster of entertainers” in the evening.

Resort Masterplan
A unique luxury tourist destination with a focus on ecology and wellness, for both local and international visitors. This proposed masterplan includes 2,500 keys and can cater for 5,000 people at a time.
The masterplan design creates the opportunity to introduce two marinas; one for the private boats, and one as a hub for water transportation between the islands.

Hotel 11 - Ummahat AlShaykh
This Hotel, built within The Red Sea Project in Saudi Arabia, is a a ring-shaped development that will feature a series of timber-roofed individual holiday homes and public amenities built from lightweight materials to have minimum impact on nature and landscape.

Grand Hyatt
The hotel will be situated on the west coast of Saudi Arabia’s Shaura Island, and will include 430 rooms across an archipelago of 90 pristine islands.
The resort will include cascading dunes, a mountain view, a few dormant volcanoes, and ancient cultural heritage sites. The resort will also boast an exclusive marina and an eighteen-hole golf course.

Six Senses Southern Dunes, The Red Sea is one of two inland locations that together with coastal and marine initiatives form The Red Sea Project that spans 10,800 square miles (28,000 square kilometers) on Saudi Arabia’s west coast. It is set to pursue high environmental standards to demonstrate to the world that development can serve to preserve and enhance the region’s biodiversity and beauty.

St. Regis
The St. Regis Red Sea Resort marks the brand’s introduction in Saudi Arabia and the continued growth of its portfolio in the Middle East. Situated on a private island, the resort is expected to feature 90 villas, two signature restaurants, an outdoor pool, fitness centre, and spa, in addition to a Children’s Club. Expected to open in 2023, the exclusive resort will offer the brand’s visionary spirit, avant-garde style and bespoke service.
